The Position

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Construction Foreman to join a growing team in Brisbane. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing high-end residential landscaping projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing material deliveries and project schedules.
• Monitoring project progress, schedules, and budgets to meet deadlines.
• Leading a high-performance team and optimising worksite productivity.
• Maintaining strict quality control standards.
• Conducting daily toolbox meetings for team alignment.
• Overseeing the full landscape construction process.
• Balancing on-site leadership with hands-on work.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate is a proactive and skilled leader with hands-on experience in landscape construction. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, have excellent problem-solving abilities, and are passionate about delivering exceptional results.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Certificate III in Landscape Construction.
• Valid Driver's License.
• General Construction Induction Card.
• (Bonus) Bobcat, Excavator Tickets, and MR Truck License.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
