The Opportunity - Immediate Start!

We are currently seeking expressions of interest from dedicated and compassionate individuals for Support Worker roles across all levels (1 to 4). Whether you are just starting your career in care or are an experienced professional, we have opportunities for you to grow and contribute to our mission. Roles range from providing basic domestic support to leading teams and managing complex care for participants. Services will include home care day services, and semi-independent living.

Roles Available

Level 2: Support Worker – Skilled

• Provide personal care support, and perform advanced domestic tasks.
• Certificate II in Community Services or equivalent; or at least 2 years’ experience/on-the-job training commensurate with the requirements of work in this level.

Level 3: Support Worker – Experienced

• Deliver advanced personal care, administer medications, and support participants with mobility and cognitive challenges.
• Certificate III in Individual Support including, Assist Clients with Medication with 3 years of relevant experience.

What We’re Looking For

• Skills: Depending on the level, candidates should have strong communication skills, a high level of empathy, problem-solving abilities, and leadership capabilities.
• Qualifications: Relevant certifications and experience corresponding to the level applied for.
• Licences and Checks: Must have a valid driver’s licence, a roadworthy vehicle with comprehensive insurance, and relevant checks such as Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card), Working with Children Check (Blue Card), and First Aid certification with CPR.
