About the Role

Our client is seeking a Business Analyst to lead the initial scoping phase of HRIS implementation. This role is focused on high-level strategy rather than technical implementation, requiring someone to define requirements, assess challenges, and shape the overall approach for the program.

The organisation's current HRIS operates across multiple platforms, with different functions and domains running their own independent processes, making it essential to map out these variations and identify a unified approach for the future HRIS.

This role does not require deep product knowledge of HRIS platforms but rather a strategic thinker who can conceptualise workflows, engage stakeholders, and define a clear path forward for the implementation.

About You

• Previous significant expereince as a senior business analyst OR HRIS consultant
• Proven expereince in end-to-end HRIS implementation
• Previous expereince in mapping strategies and designing HRIS implementations
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
