Our Client:
Work for one of Australia's most successful organisations who are allied health specialists in the NDIS area. They are unlike other providers because they do not 'work their staff into the ground' and really value their employees by offering them a fun and collaborative culture along with lots of support, career development and realistic kpi's.
Our client has been nominated for multiple industry awards and they are able to offer their employees more than other providers which has resulted in their employees having long term tenure within the organisation and a definitive career pathway along with reward and recognition.
This is a community-based position where you will be visiting your NDIS clients in their home so you will need to be based around the Cannington area as this is where your caseload is and you must have your own vehicle with a WA unrestricted driving licence. There will be lots of clinical support and professional development for you to grow to the next level.
For Provisional Psychologists, you will also receive an additional $7,000 a year towards your external AHPRA Registered Supervisor so that you can complete your necessary supervised hours to receive your full registration.
