We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Estimator & Business Development Manager to join our team and help drive business growth. This dual role requires a mix of technical estimating expertise and strategic business development skills.

Key Responsibilities

Estimating:

• Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for external cladding projects, covering materials, labor, and time requirements.
• Analyze project specifications, blueprints, and technical documents to prepare comprehensive cost estimates.
• Collaborate with the project management team to ensure estimates align with project scope and timelines.
• Maintain and update a database of material costs and labor rates.
• Engage with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.
• Prepare and submit tender documents and negotiate contracts.

Business Development:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the external cladding and construction industry.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, contractors, and industry professionals.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the company’s market presence.
• Represent Exterior Finishes at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handovers and customer satisfaction.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Experience or basic knowledge of estimating within the construction or external cladding industry.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and industry standards.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in relevant estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven attitude.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
