Here at National Workforce, we are currently working on exciting opportunities for Production Operators to join a well-known plastics packaging company located in Clayton!

The Role:

• Day Shift: 7am til 7pm. Night Shift: 7pm - 7am

• Rotating roster format - day and night shifts offered in the same week, mandatory requirement to be able to rotate through the shifts

• Growth opportunity - gain the ability to move up in your role after training and increase your earning potential.

• No excessive manual handling/heavy lifting involved; everything is machine operated.

The successful applicant

• Proven previous experience in a production environment, with a keen eye for detail & efficiency

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts & rotate through Day and Night shifts

• Eager to learn, good attitude and safety focused
• Day Shift rate: $35 & Night Shift rate: $46 (Casual loading inc)
