Australian Environmental Landscapes (AEL) are actively seeking Bush Regenerators to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in working on large-scale planting initiatives, managing plant health, implementing erosion control measures, and executing comprehensive weed management strategies. Ideally you will bring prior experience in environmental restoration and possess a herbicide application license (ACDC), however we do provide on the job training and tertiary qualifications to candidates. Key Responsibilities:

Large-Scale Planting:

• Work as part of a team on large-scale planting projects, ensuring the successful establishment and maintenance of diverse plant species.
• Undertake planting of sites based on ecological considerations, local conditions, and project goals.

Erosion Control:

• Implement effective erosion control measures to safeguard newly planted areas.
• Conduct regular assessments of erosion-prone sites and recommend appropriate interventions.

Weed Management:

• Undertake weed management on large-scale projects.
• Undertake weed control activities, ensuring the preservation of native vegetation and minimizing the impact of invasive species.
• Have a sound knowledge of local native and pest plant species.

Herbicide Application:

• Holding a valid ACDC qualification is desireable however we can assist in training you to obtain this.
• Safely and effectively apply herbicides as part of weed management programs.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in herbicide application techniques and regulations.

Monitoring and Reporting:

• Monitor the health and progress of planted areas and report to the Rehab Supervisor
