The W.A Carpentry Company, a family-owned and operated business servicing Perth and surrounding areas, is seeking an experienced Carpentry Estimator to join our team immediately. Our projects span a wide range of residential and commercial carpentry solutions, ensuring a varied and exciting workload. No two days are the same in our fast-paced, innovative environment!

We are seeking candidates who have experience in:

• Pricing carpentry projects such as renovations, extentions, decking, shed conversions, 1st fix wall & floor framing, roof framing, truss roofing, cladding, balustrading etc.
• 2nd Fix Carpentry; doors, architraves, skirting etc.
• Residential maintenance and repair work.

Your role will include:

• Providing precise and accurate project cost estimates.
• Utilizing your computer skills effectively, with a preference for experience in Buildxact.
• Demonstrating a continuous thirst for knowledge and self-improvement.
• Aligning with our company culture and values.
