The Company:

Our client is one of the largest and leading food manufacturing businesses in Australia within their category. Due to growth they are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join the team on the afternoon shift to continue driving improvements to supply their customers with products of the highest quality.

The Role:

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, your responsibilities will include;

• Assist in planned maintenance, breakdowns and the installation of new plant and equipment
• Facilitate and manage day-to-day maintenance activities and processes.
• Manage and standardise preventative, corrective and condition-based maintenance systems ensuring plant availability.
• Ensure that maintenance requirements are met and within the parameters of safety, cost, and maintenance schedules.
• Deliver reactive and preventative maintenance support to ensure plant has minimal lost time due to mechanical failures/faults.
• Prepare regular reports on status of maintenance activities around the site.

Your Background:

• Ideally trades background
• Experience working within a fast-paced manufacturing sector, ideally within the food or beverage manufacturing space.
• Thorough understanding of HACCP, GMP and Australian Standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
