A leading organisation is seeking an experienced Organisational Development (OD) Specialist to drive talent identification, leadership capability, and succession planning. This role is critical in developing future leaders and ensuring a strong talent pipeline for sustained business success.

About the Role

• Identify and develop internal and external talent pools for future leadership roles
• Lead succession planning initiatives, ensuring a strong leadership pipeline at Executive and GM levels
• Design and implement leadership capability frameworks aligned to business strategy and values
• Develop mentoring, sponsorship, and talent engagement programs to build leadership capability and inclusivity
• Work closely with senior leaders to assess talent, provide strategic advice, and influence workforce planning decisions

What You’ll Bring

• Strong background in talent management, OD, or leadership development
• Proven ability to influence and engage at all levels, particularly senior stakeholders
• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills to drive engagement and buy-in
• Strategic mindset with experience in succession planning and leadership development frameworks
• Tertiary qualification in Psychology, Business, HR, or related field (postgraduate preferred)
