We have an opportunity for a cabinet maker and/or installer to join our team.

Working with projects end-to-end you’ll have the opportunity to build with some of the best materials and designs, seeing the project through to installation and close out, meaning you’ll see firsthand the impact of your work and how it shapes a client’s home both functionally and aesthetically.

About you:

• You have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a qualified cabinet maker.
• You are motivated and committed, focused on action, and achieving high quality results and deliverables.
• You have a strong level of personal accountability, you take on feedback and have a willingness to grow, develop and share your experience with others in the team.
• You are a good role model, demonstrating strong personal values and can influence others in a positive way.
• You have excellent communication skills and can adjust your style to the needs of your stakeholders (customer or team).
• You see a problem and enjoy finding and implementing the solution.
• You can think on your feet, flex with the needs of the business and enjoy being rewarded for your hard work and dedication.
