About the role

We have an exciting full-time opportunity for an experienced Air-Conditioning Service Technician to join our team at Arenatec Air Australia in Sydney, NSW. In this role, you will be responsible for the diagnostics/ fault-finding, maintenance and repair of commercial and residential air conditioning systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively.

What you'll be doing

  • Conduct regular servicing and maintenance of air conditioning units and systems
  • Diagnose and repair faults in air conditioning equipment
  • Provide expert advice and recommendations to customers on their air conditioning needs
  • Maintain detailed records of all work undertaken
  • Comply with all relevant safety and industry regulations

What we're looking for

  • Formal qualifications in air conditioning and refrigeration, such as a Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
  • Proven experience as an air conditioning technician, ideally in a commercial and/or residential setting
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of air conditioning systems and their components
  • Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic abilities
  • Good customer service skills and the ability to provide expert advice
  • A valid driver's licence and your own reliable vehicle
