Casual Pack Care and Quality Team Member - Seasonal Position Available

• Seasonal Casual role during Terms 1 & 2 of the School year - returning year-to-year opportunity for the right candidate
• Must be available between the hours of 7am – 7pm. 5 days per week
• Rostered hours will range from 16-40 hours per week
• Some Saturday shifts

About the Role

• This is a Casual seasonal role at our Hallam office, working with a friendly and supportive team.
• Packing photos for Schools, Kinders and Sacraments to order
• Set up of jobs as per packing procedures
• Quality control checks on work packed
• Completion of paperwork for jobs packed
• Preparing jobs for delivery
• Liaising with the Packing Manager
• Maintaining supplies of stationery
• Stock control, proofing & customer service
• Unloading /unpacking pallets

About you

• Successful applicants must be available for extended hours, including school holidays, over the first and second school term periods.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time & be able to lift boxes
• Basic computer skills
• The ability to work autonomously and to meet deadlines under pressure in a busy work environment
• Attention to detail at a fast pace
• Team Player
• Flexibility, punctuality, and reliability
• An enthusiastic and friendly personality and a "can do" attitude
• Must have a current Working with Children's Check (WWCC) or willingness to apply (employee, not volunteer)
