About the role

Tyack Health is seeking an experienced and passionate Paediatric Speech Pathologist to join our dynamic team in Manly West, Queensland. This is an opportunity to support children and their families in developing essential communication and feeding skills without the pressure of meeting KPIs.

What you'll be doing

• Provide high-quality speech pathology assessments and interventions for paediatric clients with a range of communication, speech, language, and feeding difficulties.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and other allied health professionals to develop and implement personalised therapy plans.
• Document client progress, maintain detailed case notes, and contribute to the overall clinical care of the Tyack Health paediatric caseload.
• Participate in professional development activities and team meetings to continuously improve service delivery.

What we're looking for

• Degree or postgraduate qualification in Speech Pathology, with current registration with Speech Pathology Australia.
• Significant experience working with children, preferably in a private practice or community health setting.
• Strong assessment and therapy skills, with a focus on speech, language, communication, and feeding.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with families, educators, and other professionals.
• Passion for paediatric speech pathology and a commitment to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care.
