Graduates or Allied Health Professionals with no experience or minimal clinical experience may apply.

Qualifications & Experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent written skills
- Excellent Presentation Skills
- AHPRA Registered
- ESSA Registered
- Experience in a previous role in Injury Management
- Experience in a previous role in Clinical Injury Treatment
Tasks & responsibilities
- Working within a professional corporate health providing RTW advice
- Negotiation of upgrades in physical capacity
- Liase with all treating parties to drive claims forward
- Assisting in onsite and remote RTW Coordination for our clients
- Develop specific and appropriate RTW plans
- Ability to communicate strongly with stakeholders
- Actively participate in claims and injury management reviews
- Provide injury management and early intervention services including obtaining all relevant information and documentation from our clients
- Maintain a high level of customer service and excellent relationships with , Employers Teams, Insurance Brokers and our direct clients to achieve positive outcomes
- Case management, reporting and maintaining a high standard of detailed reporting and case notes
- 3-Point contact for all new injuries
- Facilitate medical consultations, case conferences and teleconferences
- Travel to a variety of client and employer sites for workplace meetings
