We are currently seeking a reliable, motivated, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Truck Driver/Merchandiser.

Position Overview:
As a Truck Driver/Merchandiser at Hope Valley Nursery, you will play a key role in ensuring timely and efficient deliveries while maintaining a strong visual presence of our products at customer locations. Your primary duties will include operating company vehicles, delivering plants and merchandising displays to ensure they meet company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate company trucks for deliveries to clients, including retailers and other customers.
• Ensure all deliveries are completed within scheduled timeframes.
• Assist with loading and unloading of plants.
• Maintain and merchandise plant displays at client locations to ensure products are presented according to Hope Valley Nursery's high standards.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any client inquiries or concerns.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, including vehicle maintenance and load security.
• Collaborate with the Nursery team to ensure product availability and stock levels are maintained.
• Follow delivery schedules and reporting procedures.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Current truck driver’s license (MR or HR license).
• Experience in truck driving and merchandising is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A keen eye for detail and commitment to maintaining high merchandising standards.
• Basic knowledge of plants and horticulture is an advantage, but not essential.
• Physically fit and able to lift and carry products as required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early starts.
