The Company

A leading Australian energy infrastructure company is hiring a Data Entry Administrator! This role is perfect for someone with strong data entry experience who understands purchase order processes and enjoys working in a structured environment. You'll be responsible for managing work orders, processing purchase orders, ensuring compliance with policies, and keeping internal stakeholders and contractors updated. There is plenty of opportunity to take on more responsibility and grow within the role.

The Role

The key responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

· Managing the full lifecycle of work orders and purchase processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.

· Monitoring workflow quality, generating reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

· Processing purchase orders and identifying cost-effective external service providers.

· Building and maintaining strong working relationships with internal teams and stakeholders.

· Following up on work orders and providing updates to contractors via email.

· Providing occasional support at reception as needed.

· Assisting with additional administrative tasks to support business operations.

With prior data entry experience and a solid understanding of purchase order processes, you'll excel at delivering high-quality work. Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must, and you're open to repetitive tasks with the possibility of taking on more responsibility in the future.
