🚨 We're Hiring: Contracts Administrator – Industrial Fit Out 🚨
Are you an experienced Contracts Administrator with a strong background in industrial fit-out projects? Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the full contract lifecycle for industrial fit-out projects, from start to finish.
- Report directly to the Pre-Construction Manager and collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth contract execution.
- Handle all commercial aspects, including cost control, progress claims, variations, and contract documentation.
- Maintain strong communication with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor project performance, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
- Be proactive in identifying potential risks and resolving any contractual issues.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in Design & Construct projects with a focus on industrial fit-out.
- Proven commercial & industrial experience with a good understanding of contract law and cost management.
- Previous experience managing contracts in excess of $30M is highly desirable.
- A self-motivated individual who can work independently while collaborating effectively with the team.
- Strong communication skills to manage relationships with stakeholders and ensure clear, timely updates.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment.
