About the role
We are currently looking for a Room Leader, an Early Childhood Teacher and an Assistant Educator to join our team. The individuals we seek will be passionate, hardworking, and enthusiastic with a deep appreciation for the importance of quality early childhood education. The room leader will have completed their Diploma in Early Childhood Education or an Early Childhood Teaching qualification, and the Early Childhood Teacher will have completed (or will be currently working towards) an Early Childhood Teaching qualification. The Assistant Educator will have completed, be completing, or willing to obtain their Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.

Deakin School for Early Learning is an independent 90-place long day centre for children aged 0-5 years old. It is open from 7.45 am – 6 pm. What you will need
The successful candidate will have experience working in an educational setting and a current Working With Vulnerable People Card. The successful candidate will hold either a Diploma (Room Leader role), an ACECQA approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification (or working towards) (Early Childhood Teacher role), or a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards).
