The Tour Group Ambassador is required to create and sustain relationships with tour group leaders by upholding an exceptional level of customer service, acting as an ambassador to Heinemann and the service provided by Tour Groups. Working as part of a team, the Tour Group Ambassador builds rapport with stakeholders quickly, demonstrating a high level of product and Tour Groups Business knowledge with efficient transaction skills.

As a Tour Group Ambassador you will
- Supervision of the delivery of a high level of customer service through exceptional communication, product knowledge and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet different customer’s needs
- Efficiently and smartly transacts, ensuring customers are well informed of their outgoing/incoming purchase limits
- Thoroughly explains to tour group leaders the logistics of obtaining commission and the use of a voucher by tour groups and build rapport with relevant stakeholders
- Assist and ensure that all tour group processes and legislation are respected such as Tour Groups Portal registration, payments through the portal, commission statements, voucher preparation
What you should bring along
- Charismatic and enthusiastic in approach
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- A proactive attitude with strong time management skills
- Basic Microsoft Suite skills and computer literacy is essential
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively within a team
- Ability to perform well under pressure with numerous tasks at hand within a short period of time
- Ability to communicate (verbally and in writing) in the language respective to which Asian market represented
- Multi-lingual is essential (Mandarin preferred)
- Adapts to the different types of customers, showing flexibility in his/her approach
As we are located in a dynamic airport environment, you must be flexible to work a roster across Monday to Sunday.
