The Role

This role sits within a leading planning, environment and government team. It will suit a 2yr+ P&E lawyer looking to work with public and private clients on matters involving:

• Undertaking prosecutions.
• Providing advice in relation to developments, contaminated land and heritage sites.
• Advising on major property developments.
• Undertaking advocacy in the Land & Environment Court.
• Being exposed to planning appeals.
• Working on enforcements & judicial reviews.

You

The ideal candidate will have experience in a well-regarded P&E team with excellent attention to detail, strong drafting skills and the ability to work well within teams.
