What You'll Do:

• Install, service, and maintain a wide range of fitness equipment.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and perform repairs efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships.
• Manage inventory and ensure parts are readily available.
• Complete necessary administrative tasks, including accurate and timely reporting on service calls, installations, and inventory.
• Eventually, lead and mentor a team of technicians (after proven performance and departmental growth).

What You'll Need:

• Proven experience in a technical or mechanical role.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of 1 a team.
• Proficient with basic computer skills and comfortable with data entry.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Experience with fitness equipment is a plus, but not required. We will train the right candidate!
