Due to growth and high demand Ringwood Mazda requires a Qualified Automotive Technician to join our busy Service Department.

You will need to have a strong work ethic and the ability to work in a team environment. The applicant must be fully focused on customer satisfaction and with a mind set on fix it right the first time.

You will be responsible for:

• Carrying out vehicle repairs and/or maintenance as per repair order to Vehicle Manufacturer and Dealership requirements.
• Collaborate with other technicians and service advisors to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of all repairs and services performed.
• Continuously update your knowledge and skills through training and staying up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies.

Experience & Requirements:

• Relevant certifications or qualifications in automotive repairs and maintenance.
• Previous dealership experience preferred but not essential.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems, mechanical repairs, and diagnostic tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
• Hold a current driver’s licence
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience with working in an active team environment
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• A current RWC Licence along with a Air-conditioning Licence will be highly regarded.
