About the Role:

The Business Support and Reporting Officer is to provide high level administration and reporting support to the Executive Director and the. The Business Support and Reporting Officer is responsible for the coordination of effective planning frameworks and robust tracking of performance, ensuring that project reporting is maintained to meet the quality requirements of relevant internal governance bodies.

This is a continuing full-time position (36.75 hours per week) at the HEP Level 7 classification and the salary range is $96,416 - $104,366 per annum, plus 17% employer superannuation contribution.

An example of your responsibilities or duties you may perform will include:

  • Provide high level organisational and administrative leadership for the function and SPO Team, supporting the Executive Director and their office, including workflow and priority system development, resource management, documentation of procedures, preparation of reports (including data analysis and visualisation) and direct calendar and office support as needed.
  • Provide high quality and timely executive project services on a range of strategic, operational, and policy matters, and evaluate progress and identify improvements to inform future projects and future implementation.
  • Maintain and organise high-level governance documentation, ensuring confidentiality and accessibility as needed along with supporting relevant committees and functional leads to assist in ensuring smooth implementation of strategic planning, project implementation and performance reporting in a dynamic and complex environment.
