Key Responsibilities needed to Succeed....

• Ability to lead, inspire, and develop a team of 10+ staff to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Highly capable to manage day-to-day operations, including inventory from delivery to POS, and maintain and implement high standards across your store layout.
• Confidence to create sensational relationships with customers to build your repeat business, offering expert advice and providing a welcoming, exciting shopping experience.
• Able to set sales and operational goals, track progress, and provide coaching to ensure your team thrives and performs.
• Professional skills to develop and implement strategies to increase foot traffic, boost sales, and enhance the store's already stellar reputation in the sporting community.
