Carers Collective is looking for an Admin Officer to join our team! This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes initiative. You’ll play a key role in supporting our operations, compliance, and scheduling, making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

What You’ll Be Doing:
General Administration – Handling emails, filing documents, managing spreadsheets, and keeping our records up to date.
Data Entry & Reporting – Accurately entering information into systems and generating reports for compliance and quality tracking.
Scheduling & Rosters – Assisting with staff rostering to ensure shifts are covered and services run smoothly.
Compliance & Documentation – Updating policies, tracking incidents, and ensuring all records meet industry standards.
Team & Client Support – Answering calls, assisting with enquiries, and coordinating information between different teams.
Record-Keeping & Audits – Helping maintain participant and staff files, ensuring compliance with NDIS and company standards.
Problem-Solving & Process Improvement – Identifying ways to make administrative processes more efficient.

✅ Great with Computers – Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, and databases.

✅ Strong Communicator – You’re comfortable answering calls, responding to emails, and helping team members.
✅ Team Player with Initiative – You can work independently while also collaborating with the team.

What You Need to Apply:
Previous admin experience (or a strong willingness to learn!).
Great computer skills – especially in Microsoft Word & Excel.
QLD Driver’s Licence (or ability to travel as needed).
Blue Card & NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain).
Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
