About the role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Speech Pathologist to join our growing team at Exceed Children’s Speech Pathology (ecspeechpathology.com.au) in South-West Sydney, NSW on a contract basis with the potential for part-time/full-time employment in the near future. As a Speech Pathologist, you will play a vital role in assessing, diagnosing, and providing tailored treatment plans for a paediatric caseload with a range of communication difficulties Including speech, language, AAC, stuttering, literacy and pragmatics.

What you'll be doing

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify communication needs
• Develop and implement individualised therapy plans to help clients achieve their goals
• Work closely with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
• Provide therapy and support for paediatric clients in the clinic, home, preschool or school environment
• Maintain detailed client records and provide progress reports
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development

What we're looking for

• Degree in Speech Pathology or equivalent qualification
• Registration with Speech Pathology Australia
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Speech Pathologist
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a smaller growing team
• Commitment to continuing professional development
• Drivers license
