About the role:

We're seeking a motivated Process Worker to join our team. You will play a vital role in our repair workshop, supporting our technicians by preparing equipment for repair, managing parts, and ensuring a smooth workflow. This includes cleaning, inspecting, and organizing equipment, as well as assisting with basic repairs and maintenance tasks. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential.

Skills and experience

Tasks would include, but are not limited to:

• Repair, clean and service ATM parts and other electronic equipment.
• Assisting technicians with basic testing, cleaning and maintenance as required
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Precise record keeping

Essential skills:

• Ability to follow instructions and procedures
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good manual dexterity
• Ability to lift and move equipment (within safe lifting guidelines)
• Basic computer literacy
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A positive and can-do attitude

Desirable skills (but not essential):

• Experience in an electronics repair workshop or electronic assembly environment
• Familiarity with electronic and soldering equipment
• Good mechanical capability
