About the role

Kanvish Pty Ltd is seeking a hardworking and dedicated Factory Labourer to join our team in Lynbrook, Victoria. This is a full-time position that will involve hands-on work in our manufacturing facility. As a Factory Labourer, you will play a key role in supporting our production and installation processes and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products to our customers.

What you'll be doing

• Aluminium frame cutting and assemble
• Security Doors, Blinds, Curtains and shutters installation
• Assisting with the operation of various machines and equipment in the production process
• Performing manual tasks such as lifting, moving, and loading materials and finished goods
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment to ensure efficient and safe operations
• Following all safety protocols and procedures to minimise the risk of accidents or injuries
• Collaborating with team members to troubleshoot issues and identify opportunities for process improvements
• Reporting any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel

What we're looking for

• Must have experience of basic power tools like impact, driller, grinder and drop shaw
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual tasks for extended periods
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions effectively
• Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
• Australian Current Full Driving License
• A valid White Card would be an advantage
• Full time work authorities in Australia
