SOS Rehab is a boutique workplace rehabilitation provider based in Sydney. We provide workplace rehabilitation services focusing on the NSW Worker's Compensation scheme. Our experienced team is committed to providing professional services to all of our clients. We also provide rehabilitation services in the CTP scheme in addition to WHS services.

The Opportunity

Opportunities are available for experienced an Rehabilitation Counsellor or Psychologist to join our mature professional team. You will have experience in workplace rehabilitation and the NSW Workcover/SIRA/ICARE scheme.

Long term position available for the right candidate. Work with a supportive experienced team and earn top dollar as a contractor. Up to full time hours available if desired.

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in workplace rehabilitation in NSW
• SIRA / Worker's Compensation - required
• Eligible to complete Vocational Assessments under SIRA guidelines
• Experience conducting Labour Market Research
• Experience with the management of new employer claims, including completing job seeking activities and case conferencing.
• Strong clinical reasoning and time management skills
• Experience with Same Employer (psych) - desired but not essential
• CTP experience - desirable but not essential
