• Oversee the full subcontractor contract administration process, ensuring cost control and risk management.
• Collaborate with an experienced and well-structured team.

About You

• 5+ years experience as a Senior Contracts Administrator in multi-unit residential construction 20 storeys and above.
• Strong background in subcontractor agreements, variations, progress claims, and cost control.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
