The company is based and currently operating in Perth, WA.

The Role:
We require technicians to carry out quality service repairs to our customers at their residence or in the workshop to fault find, service, repair and replace a wide variety of home appliances or white goods.

Appliances include Ovens, cooktops, range hoods, dishwashers, washing machines, dryers, to name a few.

Your responsibilities would incorporate:
* Carrying out quality field service repairs at the customer's premises or in our workshop
* Be competent in reading and interpreting drawings and plans
* Must continually maintain stock levels and appearance of company vehicle
* Ensure all appliance, repair information and parts usage is documented
* Provide complete technical support to customers and services agents
* Provide exceptional customer service
* Management and resolution of customer concerns

• The successful candidate must have:
• * 2 years of Previous appliance or white-goods repair experience
• * Great time management skills
• * Great technical knowledge
• * Good written and verbal skills.
• * Excellent attention to detail.
• * Provide current police check.
• * Strong team and work ethic.
• * Ability to push and pull varying weights
