Are you an organised and detail-oriented travel professional with a passion for luxury experiences? We are seeking a Luxury Travel Assistant to support a high-end travel company in delivering seamless, tailor-made itineraries for discerning clients.

About the Role
As a Luxury Travel Assistant, you will work closely with the Travel Design team to manage supplier bookings, confirm arrangements, and ensure all documentation is accurate and delivered on time. Your role will be pivotal in creating unforgettable travel experiences by maintaining high standards of organisation and communication.

What You'll Be Doing:
✔ Booking luxury accommodations, tours, transfers, and experiences
✔ Managing supplier confirmations and maintaining accurate client records
✔ Preparing detailed travel itineraries and final documentation
✔ Assisting with availability and rate checks for the Travel Design team
✔ Keeping up to date with the latest luxury travel products and experiences
✔ Supporting the team with administrative tasks and special projects

What We're Looking For:
✅ Experience in the travel industry, ideally within luxury travel
✅ Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
✅ Excellent customer service skills and a proactive approach
✅ Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems and booking platforms
✅ Permanent Australian work rights (essential)
