Client Details

Our clients is a fast growing Australian Group looking grow their presence nationally through strategic investment in operations. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, you will be leading a team of 3 direct reports and working with senior level stakeholders providing commercial and strategic information to support decision making

Description

• Oversee the finance function including month end, financial reporting, and compliance.
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Prepare and review budgets, forecasts, and management reports.
• Work with Senior level financial and non financial stakeholders to drive business initiatives and strategies.
• Responsibility across financial modelling and analysis.
• Develop analyses, business cases, and strategic insights to support informed decision-making.

Profile

• CPA/CA qualified with Big 4 experience is desirable.
• At least 5 years' experience in Commercial Finance in a large group.
• Proven experience as a leader and people management
• Experience dealing with senior level stakeholders
• Highly analytical with strong commercial acumen
