We are looking for a Senior Procurement & Contracts Manager that will be responsible for overseeing Supply Chain led procurement and purchasing activities and managing contractual agreements within the organisation. You will ensure efficient and effective procurement, processes, negotiating favourable contracts, and optimising supplier relationships.

What you’ll do:

• Work with line manager to develop, create and submit business cases
• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with the organisation’s goals and objectives
• Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes, reduce costs and enhance operational efficiency.
• Act as a point of contact to delegate appropriate contract negotiations with staff.
• Facilitate coordination of tender evaluations, and lead team to develop and deliver tender documents to market with internal stakeholders.
• Review and management of established contract terms across Supply Chain managed contracts.
• Work with internal stakeholders (i.e. Legal) to identify and mitigate risks associated with contracts, suppliers, markets and procurement governance.
• Manage and monitor contract performance to ensure compliance across determined deliverables.
• Ensure procurement department function reviews potential sources of supply, conducts evaluations and makes recommendations based on quality, cost, delivery and service.
• Work with the business to deliver strategic goals through robust procurement and purchasing delivery.

What you’ll need:

• 8+ years within management with proven experience in Supply Chain, Procurement and Contract Management
• Background in corporate, health, community or commercial based sectors.
• C Class drivers’ license.
• Bachelors degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management or related discipline (desirable).
• Experience within project management.
