We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst - Payroll / Workforce Management (WFM) to join our team. This role is responsible for analyzing, defining, and improving payroll and workforce management processes through detailed investigation and stakeholder collaboration. The successful candidate will gather business requirements, document current processes, and support the design and implementation of future-state payroll and time & attendance systems.

Description

Process Analysis & Documentation

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements for payroll and workforce management systems.
• Facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders to ensure alignment with business needs.
• Develop comprehensive process maps, functional specifications, and use cases to guide system development and implementation.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Engagement

• Work closely with stakeholders across HR, payroll, operations, and IT to design and implement process improvements.
• Ensure payroll and workforce management solutions align with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality of payroll and employee-related personal information.

System Implementation & Continuous Improvement

• Support system upgrades and new implementations for payroll and workforce management platforms.
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure business processes align with relevant legal and compliance standards.

Profile

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst working on large-scale payroll or workforce management system implementations.
• Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and propose practical solutions to complex business challenges.
• Expertise in process mapping, requirements gathering, and stakeholder presentations.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience working with payroll systems and an understanding of financial system integrations.
