About the role
As an Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, sourcing competitive pricing, and working closely with the project team to secure and deliver successful projects.
Duties

• Prepare detailed estimates for fit-out and refurbishment projects.
• Analyse drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare cost estimates
• Obtain competitive quotes from suppliers and subcontractors
• Work closely with the project and commercial teams to ensure cost control
• Assist in tender submissions and contract negotiations
• Identify potential risks and opportunities in projects

Skills and Experience

• Previous experience as an Estimator in the fit-out/refurbishment industry
• Strong knowledge of construction costs, materials, and subcontractor pricing
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
