We’re looking for a Proven Leader in Clinical Pilates—someone with 5+ years of experience who is ready to join our thriving team and help shape the future of our Pilates program.

About Us

Located in the heart of Prahran, just moments from Greville Street, our busy clinic is a hub for movement, rehab, and performance. Our stunning light-filled Pilates space is designed to inspire both clients and instructors alike, equipped with top-of-the-line reformers, Wunda chairs, trapeze tables, and small apparatus to deliver truly individualised and transformative sessions.

You’ll be joining an established Pilates team of:

• 3 Clinical Pilates Physiotherapists
• 4 Pilates Instructors

We work collaboratively to deliver elite-level Clinical Pilates, combining evidence-based physiotherapy principles with movement excellence.

The Role

This is a unique full-time opportunity to take on a busy and diverse caseload of:

• Clinical small-group Pilates classes
• One-on-one Clinical Pilates sessions
• Physiotherapy consultations
• Opportunities for leadership development (for the right candidate)

Who You Are

• An experienced Clinical Pilates Physiotherapist (5+ years) with a strong passion for movement-based rehab.
• A leader in your field, whether through mentorship, education, or simply setting the standard in patient outcomes.
• Someone who thrives in a collaborative team environment, enjoys sharing knowledge, and loves helping others grow.
• A natural communicator with a warm and engaging personality, making strong connections with clients and keeping them coming back.
