About the role

We are seeking an experienced Solicitor to join our growing legal team in Caboolture, Queensland. This role will see you providing a wide range of legal services to our diverse client base, with a focus on general legal practice areas. As a key member of our team, you will play an integral part in supporting the firm's strategic objectives and continuing to deliver exceptional client service.

What you'll be doing

• Providing legal advice and representation to individual and business clients across a variety of practice areas including conveyancing and wills and estates.
• Conducting legal research, preparing legal documents, and negotiating on behalf of clients
• Attending client meetings and other legal proceedings as required
• Collaborating with the broader legal team to ensure seamless service delivery
• Maintaining detailed and accurate file notes and case management records
• Staying up-to-date with changes in legislation and legal precedents

What we're looking for

• A bachelor's degree in law and a current practising certificate
• Minimum 4 years' post-admission experience in property, as well as Estate administration
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent legal research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage a diverse workload
• A commitment to providing exceptional client service and upholding the firm's values
