Restaurant Manager – Multiple Locations (Lebanese Cuisine)

Are you a skilled Restaurant Manager with a passion for Middle Eastern cuisine? We are looking for experienced managers to oversee the daily operations of our busy restaurants in several locations across Sydney. About the Role:

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for:
✔ Sales & Business Performance – Driving revenue while managing costs, including labour and cost of goods sold (COGS).
✔ Team Leadership & Staffing – Hiring, training, and supervising staff to maintain high service standards.
✔ Customer Experience – Ensuring an exceptional dining experience through quality service and food presentation.
✔ Operational Management – Overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations, including stock control and supplier management.
✔ Compliance & Safety – Ensuring adherence to food safety regulations, RSA compliance, and workplace health standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a high-paced dining environment.
• Strong leadership and staff management skills, with the ability to build a motivated team.
• A deep understanding of Middle Eastern cuisine and cultural dining expectations.
• Financial acumen, with experience managing labour costs and COGS to maximize profitability.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle feedback professionally.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and RSA certification (or willingness to obtain).
