Your new role

As a Leading Hand Landscaper, you will take charge of a team of three, guiding them through various landscaping projects, especially in paving, crucial for our medium-density development solutions. This role is not only about managing and ensuring the quality and timeliness of project completion but also offers a potential stepping stone to a Supervisor position as our operations expand. This role is perfect for those who are looking to step up in their career and take on more leadership responsibilities.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Extensive experience in landscaping, capable of managing complex projects
• Demonstrated expertise in paving
• A valid driver's license to facilitate site travel
• Leadership skills to motivate and guide a team towards project completion
