Your new role

The Senior Interior Designer plays a pivotal role in shaping the client experience and delivering high-quality, bespoke design solutions. As a key member of the team, you will lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring a seamless and client-focused approach that aligns with the company's reputation for excellence in renovations and extensions. Your responsibilities will include conducting client consultations, assisting with selections, refining joinery drawings, and overseeing project documentation. You will provide creative direction, mentor junior designers, and collaborate closely with trades and project managers to uphold the company's high standards. In addition to design work, you will contribute to showroom styling, manage inquiries, and offer administrative support. Your ability to balance aesthetics with functionality will be instrumental in delivering outstanding results that exceed client expectations. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and availability to work Saturdays are essential in this role, ensuring a first-class experience for every client.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a Senior Interior Designer role, with a strong focus on residential renovations
• Extensive knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and current industry trends
• Proven ability to lead projects from concept to completion while maintaining a client-focused approach
• Strong client consultation and relationship management skills, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience
• Ability to guide clients through material selections, joinery details, and design solutions tailored to their needs
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and articulate design concepts effectively
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and client expectations
• A detail-oriented mindset with a creative approach to problem-solving and space planning
  Ability to mentor and support junior designers while working collaboratively within a dynamic team
• Availability to work Saturdays (10am - 4pm) to support client consultations and showroom activities
