As your daily activities will be involved around our people, please know this is an office based role located in the Newcastle, Honeysuckle precinct - parking will be provided.

Position:
Your position will be HR & Office Manager. This is a permanent full-time position.
Role will include the following initially however we envisage that working closely together we will streamline the below and role will evolve into other projects;
Office Management & Staff Communication
Being available to staff and acting when required as conduit to directors.
Maintaining key records such as office leases and keeping track of lease renewals for both tenanted and owned
properties.
Coordination of social events and team meetings
Review and approval of staff expenses
Reporting
Collating of income reports and other system generated reports for all branches into one report for review with directors.
HR
Review of leave applications and monitoring of staff attendance
Being familiar with staff contracts and ensuring that relevant conditions are being met.
Managing of a staff register in relation to qualifications, probation periods, salary changes and reviews
Management of staff onboarding.
Working with directors on any areas we identify between us require change or procedures to be implemented.
