As a Business Growth Consultant at Morphability, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and enhancing client relationships. Your primary responsibilities will include engaging with clients to understand their business needs, implementing our best practice sales strategies whilst adjusting them to suit the clients unique place in the market. You will work closely with teammates within Morphability to deliver comprehensive consulting services that align with our clients' strategic goals.
Your role will involve:
🌟 Sales Management: Take charge of managing sales processes for our clients, ensuring they achieve their sales targets.
🌟 1:1 Meetings with Sales People: Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with sales team members to provide guidance, support, and motivation.
🌟 Implementing Sales Systems and Processes: Design and implement effective sales systems and processes to streamline operations and boost efficiency.
🌟 Sales Workshops: Conduct Sales Process Workshop where businesses can learn how to manage sales opportunities, team members & target customers with the correct systems and processes and ensure sustainable sales growth.
🌟 Running Strategic Planning Days: Lead strategic planning sessions for the sales team, helping them set and achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identifying prospects, engaging and developing clients
- Assessing and understanding business needs
- Developing strategic solutions
- Facilitating change management
- Resource management advisory
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Sales team development
- Process development and documentation
- Participation in client strategic days as required
- Participation in Vendor driven lead generation activities
What We're Looking For:
- A self-starter with a proven track record in business growth and sales.
- Experience in the IT MSP industry is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A positive and energetic attitude that inspires others.
