About the role

Become a key part of the service team at Bill Robertson Toyota, a leading automotive dealership in Gladstone. In this full-time Detailer role, you will be responsible for washing and vacuuming our valued customers' vehicles before or after they have been serviced.

What you'll be doing

• Thoroughly clean and detail the interior and exterior of vehicles, including washing, and vacuuming
• Adhere to strict quality control standards to deliver exceptional vehicle presentation
• Work efficiently and collaboratively as part of a team to maintain high levels of productivity
• Ensure all work areas and equipment are kept clean, organised and well-maintained
• Provide outstanding customer service and a positive experience for all clients

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a Detailer or similar role in the automotive industry
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
• Strong time management skills and the ability to work efficiently to tight deadlines
• A positive, customer-focused attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• A valid driver's licence and the ability to safely operate a variety of vehicles
