About the role

Alignmentbodywork' is seeking a skilled and experienced Remedial Massage Therapist to join our team in Doubleview, WA on a contract basis. In this key role, you will be responsible for providing tailored remedial massage treatments to our valued clients, helping them manage pain, improve mobility and enhance their overall wellbeing.

What you'll be doing

• Conducting comprehensive client assessments to identify areas of concern and develop personalised treatment plans
• Delivering high-quality remedial massage techniques to address musculoskeletal issues, relieve pain and improve function
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, such as physiotherapists and osteopaths, to provide integrated care
• Maintaining detailed client records and documentation in line with industry standards
• Proactively managing your client schedule and ensuring a smooth, efficient workflow
• Contributing to the overall success and growth of the clinic through your exceptional service delivery

What we're looking for

• Diploma in Remedial Massage Therapy or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Remedial Massage Therapist, ideally within a physiotherapy or rehabilitation setting
• Demonstrated expertise in a range of remedial massage techniques, including deep tissue, trigger point therapy ,myofascial therapy
• Dry needling qualification desirable
• Strong assessment and clinical reasoning skills to identify and address client needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate with other healthcare professionals
• A commitment to continuing professional development and staying up-to-date with industry best practices
