We have workshop locations in Newman, Port Hedland and Perth and a display centre/workshop at our Daimler Trucks Geraldton Truck Dealership. Our core business involves the repair and maintenance and sale of parts for light vehicle and truck fleets and the sale of trucks.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, proactive Accounts Receivable/Payable Administrator to join our current accounts team!

This is a Full-Time role working based in our Perth Office. Reporting directly to the Directors, you will have a flexible and forward thinking approach to achieving quality results.

You will be working in a fast-paced environment across multi company transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Client invoicing
• Inter-company invoicing
• Key Driver in debtor recovery (Essential)
• Timely follow up of customer queries
• Processing Supplier invoices against Purchase Orders
• Creditor & Bank reconciliations
• Payroll
• General Business and Accounts Administration
• Preparing BAS for external accountants
• Other varied administrative tasks and general office duties where required
• Managing a high-volume email inbox
• Working to tight end of month deadlines

Essential skills required

• 5+ Years’ experience in an accounts receivable/payable role
• MYOB & XERO Accounting Software
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a team environment or independently
• Strong Communication and customer service skills

Desirable skills

• Experience in Dealership accounts and using a Dealership Management System (DMS)
• Experience with AutoIT (DMS)
• Experience in Mechanical or Mining/Civil Construction (highly desirable)
