About the role

YSR Smash Repairs Pty Ltd is looking for a skilled and experienced Panel Beater & Spray Painter to join our team in Yeerongpilly, Queensland. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in maintaining the high-quality standards of our Automotive Repairs Services.

What you'll be doing

• Carrying out panel beating/spray painting and other associated auto body repairs to a high standard
• Disassembling and reassembling vehicles as required (for Panel Beater)
• Preparing and painting vehicle bodywork to match original manufacturer specifications
• Ensuring all repair work meets industry regulations and safety standards
• Collaborating with the wider team to deliver exceptional customer service
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Panel Beater & Spray Painter in the Automotive industry
• Formal qualifications in Panel Beating, Auto Spray Painting, or a relevant trade
• Strong technical skills and a keen eye for detail to produce high-quality repairs
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Commitment to workplace health and safety
