Our Ideal Candidate Will Meet the Following Selection Criteria:

• Interest in and/or passion for the RIE approach
• Inclusive of others and brings a positive attitude every day
• Ready to implement contemporary, evidence-informed pedagogy
• Open to our unique and innovative way of programming and practice
• Experience as an Early Childhood Educator and/or Lead Educator desirable, but not essential
• Enthusiastic and dedicated professional who is relentless in the pursuit of excellence for children and willing to grow with our service
• Ability and motivation to build positive relationships and meaningful connections with colleagues, families, children, and the wider community.

Essential Criteria:

• Valid NSW Working With Children Check
• Flexible, adaptable and available for full-time work all hours/days the service is operational
• ACECQA approved Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or actively working towards this; Trainees also welcome to apply!
• Current relevant First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates as well as Child Protection training (or willing to obtain/refresh as required).
