They are now seeking to appoint a GM Finance in a newly created role to ensure they continue to build on the established foundations for a successful future.

You will develop and lead a high-performing finance function to deliver a comprehensive suite of financial and management reporting, FP&A, tax and fund accounting functions across the group. This will include leading the development of planning, analysis, budgeting and delivering best practice external and internal reporting. Highly visible, you will impact the function’s business partnering which drives data, strategy and key decisions across the group.

The complexity, diversity and scale of the business will suit a driven and highly technical, forward-looking finance leader with strong commercial acumen. You will have gained strong technical accounting training, either in a chartered accounting and/or similar head office accounting environment in a funds management or FS environment. You are a natural team player with exceptional interpersonal and inclusive/collaborative leadership skills who is seeking a values-based corporate culture which offers genuine scope for career challenges and growth.
